PROTEIN or MOISTURE

If your hair is fragile, weak, or stretchy (rubberband-like), you need more protein.
If your hair is dry, brittle, or straw-like, you need more moisture.
 
i know i need protein if my hair is too soft or is breaking. i need moisture more because im natural. i do a protein moisture balance once a week with AO GPB just to make sure my hair is balanced.
