Has putting your hair in protective styles thinned out your edges????

No - but I'm also very careful to not pull my edges tightly, at all. There are some styles I've given up because I can't get them right without stressing my edges.

No...the only protective style I usually wear is a bun and it's a loose one so I don't put any stress on my edges.

Nope! I bun everyday...I even sleep in one at times and I've had no issues with my edges.

I do bun, and I don't pull mine back to tight.....but sometimes I do, but I haven't experience any thinning in my edges....

NO.... I bun every single day. But I don't put anything in my bun. I simply gather my hair to the back, or to the side, and twirl it around itself, and use a clip to hold it. Then I tie with a silk scarf for about 30min to lay down edges. Thats it. No stress, no bands, nothing.:yep:
