After growing my hair out natural for a few years I learn that my hair is pretty damaged but that's another story. So I've decided to somewhat start over and wear a protective hair style. I've been shopping around for lace wigs and found THE ONE! but I don't know much about adhesives and wondered if anyone here has had any good or bad experiences with any particular ones.

Can you just pin it on? There a few ladies here that skip the adhesives all together and just pin it on.

The BHM LaceFront forum is your best bet. I wouls say get good at using the soft bond adhesives before using a hard bond. The soft bond I hear are easy to come off which is why they are so annoying and people don't like to use them. It would probably be the easiest for your hairline though. When you get good at the softbond and you feel confident that you can stay away from your hairline, than maybe try a hardbond. You can also pinit on with a soft bond too.
