pincurls, a scarf, and a hat. lol
i've been wondering the same thing bc we have this weird weather going on in nyc.
one thing ive purchased recently that has helped is the alfaparf illuminating shine finish. it says on the bottle that it protects against humidity and that it is good for fine-haired persons. which would be me. i didnt like the smell at first but it is so light that i dont smell. and it does what it says. my hair hasnt become frizzy even after i walked around in the mist/rain today.

Is it sillicone-based? I use regular jojoba natural oils as a finisher, I wonder if silicone is more effective. usually silicone gives me the greasies (I have fine hair too). Mebbe I will check it out.
