Progress Report

Well I joined here in early june and i got my braids done on June 9th. I started taking supplements on june 24. I measured my new growth today I am happy to report I have 1 inch of new growth. (this isn't completely unstretched.)

that is about 6 weeks!

I attribute this to everyone here on the board. I have learned so much from you. thanks. I am starting thebiotin 5000mcg in one pill form. i got it yesterday from PP and the 1000mg pills from country life.

congratulations!!!! i'm thinking about getting my hair back in cornrows (by a braider who doesn't pull my hair too tight of course) what was your regimen for hair growth?? that's amazing the growth you had!!! you betta get it!!!!
