You're not using any growth aids, thickening aids nada?

No growth aids. I did megatek for about the first two weeks in August. It was too much work so I stopped. I did Biotin and a multi vitamin for about 3 weeks in august but got lazy with that also. So no growth aids since August.

I do plan to start back on the vitamins in 09. But the megatek thing (or any other growth aids) is not for me.
