I think I am making some improvements, ladies. April to May comparison pics below. No heat, Salerm shampoo, conditioner, 21, and wheatgerm products, and plenty of vitamins. I pray it will keep growing.

Where do you purchase your Salerm products? I just recently got the 21 (brother brought it from NY), but I didn't know that they had shampoo and conditioner. Do those also contain protein or just the 21? And what vitamins are you taking? BTW, your hair looks great!

I found all the Salerm products at a grocery store (of all places) here in Northern Virginia. Wegman's carries the entire line of Salerm and AlterEgo/BioStyling products. I take HairNourish from GNC.

Thank you! The shampoo is very good. I love the conditioner as well. It has a nice scent to it. I did't want to wash it out.

Thank you, bimbabe. I have been practicing the wash and go for the past two months. The pics are right out of the shower, which explains the drip, drip.
