I lost my digital camera. Last Fri. was my SO's b-day, which is the most recent pic. No heat has allowed my hair to grow without breaking. YEAH!!;-)

Thank you. For me it was first and foremost no heat. Without the heat, all the products I used for suddenly were doing what they promised. The second item was finding the right leave in conditioner and deep conditioner. But dropping heat meant no more breakage. Plus as you can see, I have fine textured hair, so my hair cannot take a relaxer and heat after all.

Yeah congrats!! Your hair looks great! No heat seems to be the way to go. How long do you go without using it? If I can do a month, I feel like I've really accomplished somehthing .
