Profectiv Relaxer and Color rinse........

Has anyone tried the Profetiv Relaxer an color rinse all-in-one? I bought the Mahogany Brown and will have this put in tomorrow.

Has anyone tried the Profetiv Relaxer an color rinse all-in-one? I bought the Mahogany Brown and will have this put in tomorrow.

Havent seen it, let me know how it turns out, I love Profectiv relaxers.

I used it in the Silky black. The color shampoo made my hair feel hard. Also, I did not trust the neutralizing of it. I rinsed with the bottle of their regular neutralizing mousse shampoo to make myself feel better. The color mousse did not feel as good as it does when I use the regular shampoo. After it was over, I used my CON to bring my hair softness back.


Also, be careful with the color shampoo. It comes out fast so color can get ALL OVER THE PLACE!!

Update.......my hair came out nice. I went to the dominican salon to get it done. We only let the color sit on my hair for 10mins. The highlights are more noticeable in the sunlight but they are still noticeable. The stylist liked the relaxer, she said it seemed to work fast. (I haven't had a relaxer since June 1st). The color covered up the few grey strands that I had at my temple(2 thumbs up). My hair is very soft. The stylist gave me a deep condition and I gave her the salerm to put in my hair as a leave in before my rollerset. Right now I give this product 2 thumbs up. I have to wait to see how long I can go before I get a touch up. This is a no lye relaxer.(I usually use affirm sensitive scalp.) Other colors they have are burgundy plum, auburn and silky black. I will try to update my fotki tomorrow.
