I purchased the Healthy Ends and the Phase 3-in-1 oil, both priced at $2.38

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regular price, no sale. I was shocked!
I just knew it going to ring up for $4-$5 at the register! Nope $2.38!

Yes, I would recommend it. It's nice and creamy. I think it is excellent for this cold weather, becuase it is slightly heavy. Shoot it's only 2.38, go get it.

Targets I went to were NOT $2.38... i.e. the one in Brooklyn

I coulda sworn it was around $4 or so!
