I use it from time to time. It is a decent product. Gives scalp a warm feeling, which can help calm down the itchies. It is nothing like Scalpicin, which will burn the heck out of your scalp. It is definitely worth a try.

Thanks. Does the scalpicin work or when you mentioned burning is that a bad bad thang?
Scalpicin can burn, if you apply it just after you've been scratching like mad and you have sores. What has considerably helped with my dandruff and scalp issues is good ole water.
I let that hit my scalp a few times a week, and this has considerably helped. I suggest you try the anti-itch serum first, because it is cheaper than the Scalpicin, and you may find that this does the trick. Not to mention you get more in the serum bottle than that little Scalpicin bottle.
