yeah but u have to buy the perm from I think a specfic store I forget which store it is but it is listed on the coupon, and if u read it, it says that the receipt has to have the name of the store on it, I dont know why but I am thinking the stores name starts with a p, or f

Oh! This mail-in rebate I have says Family Dollar...I didnt know the Family Dollar sells hair relaxers!
