They all claim to provide healthy, strong, moisturized hair and almost everything is for "Damaged Hair." This is nothing more than a marketing ploy, not to mention that most of them leave something to be desired. I am tired of wasting my money on empty promises of a miracle in a bottle. When you guys find one let me know---holding out on Capilong. On a side note, I spent $30 on several smaller sized products for sampling last night. I will post my results after I've had apmle time to try the product. With this being said, I am officially turning in my PJ Badge /images/graemlins/clap.gif *lol*

I feel the same way. I was so fed-up just before I found this site. You ladies have helped me soo much. My hair is so much better now and I haven't bought any product that I thought was a waste of my money since then.

ITA. It wasn't until I discovered hair boards that I started reading the ingredients instead of just ad copy and the front of the package.

Yeah, I am pretty much done with drug store products and Sally. 90% of my purchases I end up using for a short period of time and I end up moving on to something else. I think I will stick with the salon stuff. Big name products have a reputation to protect and won't throw out bogus claims. With the other products, many are owned by some obscure company and don't have there rep riding on it. /images/graemlins/ohwell.gif
