Products/ingredients highly not recommended to mix???

Are there any products from your experience you would highly suggest not mixing together? Please list them whether it caused a set back or you had to save your hair from a possible set back.

Also...for us newbies please list any ingredients that should NEVER be used together

Dont put sulfur on your scalp then get a relaxer. Sulfur and Sodium Hydroxide will eat you alive, right?
