Product stops working?

Why does this happen, anyway?

I know some people have posted that this has happened with one of their fave raves. But there are other products that many people use for years and years w/o complaint.

Why do some products just go kaputt?

Hehehe thats definately one of the reasons. But some people do clarify and still see this

Elucence shampoo and conditioner stopped working for me. I ended up giving them to my Mom. BTW, I even clarified before giving them away.

although it may be the same product, sometimes the ocmpany changes the ingrdients or how they make the prosuct changes with new chemist or new machinery.

Shinka, I agree because back in my college days I used to love Pantenes conditioner, now it's my hair's worst enemy. I believe they changed the formula... I really hate when they do that.

I wish I knew the answer to that one. Like Allandra, I too have found Elucence to not be as moisturizing as I once felt it was. No idea why. I've now switched to Suave Tropical Coconut conditioner which is working MUCH better with me (for a fraction of the price too).

I won't throw the Elucence yet. I'm just giving my hair a better chance with something else that its now responding to alot better. Who knows why.

I'll prolly try Elucence again at some point down the line.
