I bought this and replaced my Cantu Shea Butter Leave In because I wanted something with more shea butter and more natural ingredients. (I use it on my wet ends only prior to rollersetting. A little dab on each section).

I use most of the line, but I wanted to see how this worked. It's got the same exact scent as the Nourish & Shine, but the consistency is lighter. It also has almost the same ingredients.

I used it the other day, and boy am I happy with the results! My ends were so lush and moist, they felt like I had just had a trim.

Amazing stuff!! I got it at Whole Foods. You get 4 oz (which should last me a good lone time) for $20.

I also tried the conditoner. Not bad, but it has protein in it. So I'll use it for a deep treatment or when I have mild breakge.

I have yet to try the cream and have been wondering about it. I was a HUGE Nourish & Shine fan (probably purchased like 10 jars in my lifetime) so I wondered how the cream would compare. I may give it a try in the near future. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah I like the creme too! I like them both! Butter for some things and creme for others. And they are all paraben free and 100% natural. Im sold for life or until they sell to a bigger company that changes the recipe....

Due to all the rave reviews I gave in and ordered her Leave-in and Wrap and Roll. Oh my GOD...her products are sooooo good  The Leave-in practically stopped my breakage and the Wrap and Roll is so moisturizing :yep: My hair is so light and not weighed down like when I have used other products. She sent me a sample of the nourish and shine(butter) and it is off the chain. All you need is a tiny bit and it moisturizes your whole head. I am a fan for LIFE!!! I could go on and on but I'm gonna shut up :)

her products are pricey but this line probably deserves more attention than it gets.

I think it should stay grassroots. Because if it does, Big Corp is gonna come knockin and then it all goes down hill

Look at Carol's daughter....:nono:

Bought the nourish and shine a few days ago and so far I really like it y'all.:D

I was a little blown away by the price but I can see the jar will last a long time.

I SWEAR by the hair nourishing cream. It is the best I have ever tried for a thicker moisture cream. It puts the mango butter to shame IMO. It is a bit more $$ though, that is the only drawback.

I am using 3 product lines as my staples:

Aveda
Curl Junkie
Jane Carter Solution

I love Aveda from the very beginning. Curl Junkie's line really hits the spot as my hair curls up nicely and most of all is healthier, softer and fluffy. Jane Carter's Solution is really nice b/c it is all natural except for the sodium laureth sulfate in it.

Curl Junkie's line doesn't have strong cleaning detergents or parabens (I think) so it is all good to me. I need to simplify and these 3 lines are just the ones to help me do it.

I read it is good to switch between products about every season so my plan is about every 4 months, switch product lines. I plan on putting the rest of my items up on the swap boards.
