Can anyone with Type 3 hair recommend a good daily moisturizer? I am looking for something that will keep my hair moist but not oily. Something that will not make my hair wet. Most of the ones that I have tried do this (make hair wet)

Hi Julia. I like Hollywood's Olive Oil. Don't put too much on but you can use it daily. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

There's the kemi oyl conditioning spray which I like. It keeps my hair and ends very soft. I use it as a leave in and also as a daily moisturiser.

I'm a fine type 3 and I use Dudley's PCA Moisture Retainer. The very idea of mositurizer skeeves me because my experiences have always involved hair that looked like I went swimming in gasoline...Before Dudley's I never used one regularly.

Not with this product. I recommend it highly.

The key is to spray just enough to moisturise, but don't overdo it or it will be wet and sticky. It leaves my ends frizz free and very soft. I spray this before putting my hair back with my hands and fingers instead of using a comb, because it just softens up everything.
