hair neglect is my superpower
I'm due for a touch up next week and know many use protein the week prior. I've search the boards on what's the norm but it seems like a toss up -- some use light/medium (aphogee 2 min reconstructor) while others use hard (aphogee 2 step). What determines if you should use light/medium vs hard?

Side Note: I use light/medium (aphogee 2 min reconstructor) weekly by mixing 1 tablespoon of it within my DC. This has really balanced my moisture/protein and combated breakage. With that said, I'm unsure if I should just use aphogee 2 min or do aphogee 2 step since I use aphogee 2 min regularly. I only mention aphogee prods because I currently have them in my stash and I'm trying to refrain from purchasing anything else at the moment although I might be tempted.

Thx!

I use Nexxus Emergencee a week prior (which I would assume is on the same level as the Apoghee 2 step, I think Emergencee a bit lighter as Apoghee is a Protein Treatment and Emergencee is technically a Reconstructor) This time though, I used KomazaHairCare's Protein Mist.

I will use the Nexxus Emergencee next week (1 week post).
