Pre- Braid care

Hey ladies!!! I was just wondering for those with braids.. what's ur regime like before you put your braids in.. I've tried searchin threads but no luck..

The day before my braidup I did a protein reconstructor, followed by a deep conditioning treatment.

I do a deep conditioner for about an hour using LeKair Cholesterol Plus. Followed by a moisturizer the day before.

I did a light treatment with Elasta QP Breakage Control Serum the night before. I thought about doing a clear cellophane, but opted not too after the Elasta left my hair feeling soft and strong enough on its own. And then I air and lightly blow-dried...that's about it.
