So I am 8 weeks post, I excercise 3-4 times a week. How should I wash my hair to decrease the tangle in my new growth??? Any suggestions+

I co-wash often to keep my hair detangled or I braid my hair up. I've been able to stretch to 26 weeks. The biggest thing is moisture and finger detangling. I'm sure some others that workout will weigh. Right now I'm in four plaits. HIH

I make sure to keep it straight and always wear a bun when working out. Last, I don't touch my hair until its dry.

I wear a bun or I might wear a twisted bun. I will flat twist the front of my hair and then bun the back of my hair. After my workout, I sometimes take the bun down to let it air dry. Once it's airdried, I undo any tangles and then M&S. But def wait until your hair is dry.

Cowashing helps with tangles for sure.I also add a little oil for extra slip and manageability.

I usually wear my hair in a bun when I work out.

If I work out at home I usually wear a silk scarf while working out and then let my hair dry while the scarf is still on, then my edges stay nice and smooth for my bun the next day.

I wear my hair in a bun when working out. If at home I keep a silk scarf of bonnet on. Never any issues with tangles from working out.
