Wow thanks so much for all the numbers! I was trying and trying to find something on google "black hair salons in portland" all kinds of keyword stuff and nothing came up. I don't mind travelling to Beaverton and price isn't important so which do you RECOMMEND as the best you have used thus far? I was really wanting to get braids. LEt me know!

I would go with either Flenard Jr or Cynthia, since they have both done my hair and I was very pleased with the outcome. Keesa's work I have seen on others and people I know speak highly of her. If you're looking for a braider, gimme a minute to find a number for you though Cynthia does braid but keep in mind it will be salon prices and she hasn't braided my hair. I have a lady down here that braids my hair.
