Ladies for those that are on the CJ challenge and are noticing results how much on average per day are you drinking? how often are you drinking it? Organic or regular carrots? Homemade/powdered/juice/eating carrots etc??

I have 2oz once a day, organic store bought Juice (eden organic range) haven't noticed much change as it's been about 3 days.

Actually LondonDiva I noticed more change in my skin than hair. My usually horrible skin is absolutely glowing. I have no new breakouts, and its smooth and supple. I know some people say they see results in their hair in a week, but most of the information I've read indicate that most see results in their hair closer to a month. Maybe that's what will happen with me, although I must admit my hair is softer and it seems to be staying well moisturized.

I can't really tell any changes in my hair right now. I relaxed a week after I started the challenged and my hair has been up ever since. I do notice that my skin is cery soft and seems to have a glow to it though. This challenge has been easy becuase I love the carrot juice. I know I'll make it to the one month mark.

LD, I'm still having my 2 egss a day too.

I just started back drinking my carrot juice. I haven't seen results in my hair yet. However, my skin seems more refreshed and I feel good an hour or so after I drink it.

You go girl, I'm proud of you. I only had 2 yesterday as it goes, not my usual 4. I was like mmmmm I wonder if ArmyQT is eating her 2 everyday.

I should of added a question.

At what TIME of day do you drink it. I take 100ml about 2oz just before bed, when the body is at rest and repairing itself along with the last 5 biotin of the day.

I usually take mine in the evening becuase my CJ is @ home. Is there some added benefit to taking vitamins at night?

My husband takes his vitamins at night. He says he likes them to marinate

I take mine in the morning only b/c I think they give me more energy. Everyone has there own theory. I know when I pass medications to patients in the hospital the docs schedule the vitamins in the mornings. London is right though. The body heals when resting.

Hey ladies, what about taking the multivitamin and "green foods" in the morning for energy and the other vitamins at night to marinate.

What I have noticed that my nails seem to be going very fast. I have only been taking carrot juice nearly two weeks now. I would seem better results with my hair towards the end of the month. I feel more energetic after I have taken my cupful.

I haven't notice a difference in my hair yet but my nails are so strong. They've always grown but seem to be very strong these days.

This is an interesting poll. We'll see by the end of the month what kind of progress our hair has made. A few days doesn't tell that much, however, you know if your skin and nails are improving, your hair has to be also. Carrot juice goes directly into the bloodstream (all juices do not) and nourishes the whole body.

I haven't noticed much with my hair so far but, the whites of my eyes are much clearer... and my skin seems to be doing much better in the last few days.. I'm more than willing to give this challenge the full 30 days and then some..
