My ends are dry, scraggly, and thinking! I Have looked through this whole forum and tried so many different things. Is there such a thing as a point of no return for your ends?

Maybe you could trim to get the fresh start and then join the Luscious Ends challenge so you can stay on top of pampering your ends?

I would just cut them off and start fresh, if it will be too drastic start with a smaller trim, do a reconstructor and just know that you need another trim in a few weeks. But I would just do it all at once and start fresh! It'll be healthier in the long run, not to mention splits can travel higher up the hair shaft requiring more to end up being needed to be cut off in the end.

This.
You'll save time and energy in the long run.
Trim your hair. Figure out what was causing the problems and fix it.
