I just bought a goldnhot ceramic heater stove. I also bought 2 Kizure pressing irons.

when I read the directions on the stove it says;DO NOT USE IRONS OR COMBS THAT HAVE BEEN SEALED AT BOTH ENDS, AS THEY CAN CREATE HIGH PRESSURE, WHICH CAN CAUSE THE UNIT TO EXPLODE.

I look at my Kizure's and the top part of the comb is sealed and the handle (wood) is rounded and smooth.

Does this mean I can't use my combs in my new stove. I tried to call goldnhot, but they aren't open on weekends.

Your replies appreciated. Trying to get my hair done today:ohwell:

Pinkskates uses her pressing comb with a ceramic heater. I think she uses the same brands that you bought. She has pics in her album.

Just as fyi for anyone interested, I have confirmed that Kizure combs are safe in heater stoves. One must keep an eye on them and not let them sit in there too long!

Thank you Pinkskates and Iris. My hur loves you guys:grin:
