Please help. In which order to do what?

I'm atleast 12 weeks post, thick as all get out and it's hot out. I got cornrows. I have had them for a week and a half. I also need to dye my hair, brown roots (black length).
When I take out the braids...should I relax first, or color first?
And how long between coloring and relaxing do I reaaaalllllllly have to wait?

Relax first, then color. You should look up some of Tracy's old posts, but I think I have one saved in favorites, let me check.
