Time, I have recently(last week) relaxed my hair with Mizani butter blends medium.... well it"s more texlaxed, anyway the results are just amazing...I really can"t complain all the reviews were just on point!
So now seeing that I made this crucial step I am starting to worry about Deep conditioning most of you ladies do this like twice a week....How do you go about drying your hair everytime without using heat???
I work six day a week and I will not be able to set my hair and sit under the dryer everytime!
So how do still achieve sleek bouncy hair???

Very glad you're happy with your results!

Some people do it overnight and rinse in the morning; if you're wearing a protective style like a bun, then you don't have to worry about the styling - just rebun. Remember deep conditioning and roller setting are separate processes. So you could deep condition using heat for 30 minutes and then set; let it airdry overnight.

I remembering reading that some people rollerset at night, let it get as dry as it can overnight and finish off under the dryer in the morning.

There are all sorts of combos possible.

I usually air dry or sit under the hooded dryer but if you don't have time you may try a diffuser for your hand held dryer and tie or wrap you hair at night to get it straighter.

I've also thought about doing a saran (sp) wrap after diffusing? .. just throwing ideas out there.

ok Thanks but I am still wondering about that styling bit after you have deep conditioned over night etc. How do style it or get it dry after you washed out the deep cpnditioner???

I'm in buns, so I just make a wet bun after I add my leave-in stuff.

IMO, washing my hair more than once a week is too time consuming and aggrevating.....I think once a week deep conditioning is more than enough to mantain healthy hair

You might be right about once a week being enough maintain healthy hair; I know mine thrives on co-washing and DCing a couple times a week, especially when I'm stretching.:yep:

I wondered this too. I came the conclusion that most people on here that rollerset do not rollerset twice a week. They are either air drying and protective styling, wet buning or rollerset once a week and wet bun once a week. I think the best place to ask this question is in the deep conditioning thread. JMHO
