Who makes this? I have the Queen Helene Placenta Cream Conditioner and I'm pretty impressed by it.

I tried that (Queen Helene) last night & I thought it was great, I'm definitely going to make that my new deep conditioner.

I just bought the Queen Helene Placenta conditioner, but haven't tried it yet. Is this considered a moisturizing conditioner or protein conditioner?

well the placenta plus is a clarifying foaming hair treatment and it contains natural plant extracts

well here are the ingredients:
water, sodium c14-16, Olefin, sulfonate,cocamidoproyl Betaine, cocamide DEA, PEG-15 Tallow Polyamine, Tetrasodium EDTA, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Rosemary Extract, nettle extract, human placental protein ,propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparben

Do these ingredients sound alright?

It seems to be a mild shampoo. I don't think it is pH balanced so watch out for tangles. Good luck with ur new purchase & let us know if u r pleased with the results!
