Ok I have spent well over $200 this month on different products that I KNOW I can't use all at once. I'm on my way now to get another 30 day supply of vitamins and wondering if I need both biotin and MSM? I know I will probably end up on the shampoo aisle as well because I want to try the LTR. So help vitamin takers!

Ok! Lol maybe I shouldve clarified. I mean within a month. From maybe the 10th of December until now. But still I may need to join the support group. I think I have issues. Lol!

I would get both. You should slowly increase the biotin but the MSM start at 1 to 2 grams a day. The BEST MSM is the OptiMSM brand that is a powder of flake that is only available on online (atleast I have not seen it anywhere else) there are other vitamins you can take depending n your desired results. Happy to help. I under stand the 200 dollars, but you may have a problem..... hehe

Some of it was trying different expensive shampoos and conditioners that did nothing for my hair (all of the elasta qp products are the truth and their cheap) some vitamins as well as eo amongst other known hair shaft penetrators

Only thing i hate repurchasing is vitamins. Get both vitamins, they should be pretty cheap anyway. Maybe if you just go to a vitamin store you wont walk out with a hair product. I got Biotin and MSM from GNC for about $11 total.

No, I did good. I'm going to finish the things I have or not purchase anything else until February. We have his & hers sinks and its turning into his/hers & hers in that bathroom. :spinning: But thanks for the tip. Next time I will go to GNC. I thought they would be expensive.

I would go for both vitamins cause they work well together.
I would also like to say set yourself a task not to buy anything else until you have used up at least 5 current things. That or give yourself a deadline. Last year, i felt better about my PJism cause I didn't buy new clothing until September (from January).
Tip the scales in this way and you'll do better. Say not till March 2010 - no more new products. Oh, and get free samples from your local BSS whenever you feel the urge to browse! :)
