I already use this to cook with. Dont know if i'll be adding it to drinking water. I also like black salt.

I found an all organic natural spice and oil vendor online its not very costly I think ill order some soon. I'm addicted to super foods:) for health and hair!

Is this about pink himalayan salt? I have some in my pantry. I only use it to cook with. It's pretty expensive.

I used to add pink Himalayan sea salt to my drinking water (gallon jug) but never did it consistently enough to notice any benefits. I forgot what the name of this technique is called.

EDTA: It's called sole water

Use it to cook since reading that post:yep: Dh really likes it as it's not as salty. I love salt ... and I've noticed that it makes me more sensitive to regular salt in food...that's a good thing:yep: Don't use it in my hair...too lazy:ohwell:

I did a saltwater cleanse with pink salt. The results were interesting to say the least.
Its the only salt I use for cooking too!

I follow her blog as well. I've just started using the Himalayan Pink Sea Salt to my food but not consistent enough to see results. I didn't know I can put it on my hair :-o. I bought a bag of this salt from Marshall's; one is finely ground and the other is in a table size grinder.

I like to use it in my healthy cucumber snack!

Sliced Cucumber
Sprinkle the salt over them
Pour Bragg's Salad dressing (ginger & sesame)

I've been using this on and off for years. I buy it in bulk at my local co-op. I do sometimes add it to water after a heavy work out, but I had no idea it was that beneficial. Thanks for sharing OP!

I have pink salt too, but its rose salt. I bought it to do a scrub but I wonder what else I could use it for?

I cut salt completely out of my diet (adding extra salt that is, not sodium already in food), but maybe I'll add this into my diet.

I think I have some pink salt. Note the first comment under that post coz the person makes a valid point. Also there will be "noticeable nail and hair growth" in 9 weeks no matter what you do or don't do.

After reading this article back in June, I got some and I love it for adding water after a hard workout in the form of sole and adding to food. Buying in bulk is definitely the way to go. There are review on Vitacost for anyone who's interested in reading more about other ppl's experiences with it.
