Pics Without The Big Flash Spot!

Could you please tell me how to take pics without the big flash in the shot.

My camera has an option to disable flash, then I stand in a well lit area. See if you can find this on your camera.

Another alternative is putting your finger over the flash..this may cause the pictures to come out with a red hue. Good Luck!

Yes, Look for you flash and turn it off. Your pictures may look to dark but you can always lighten them up. HTH.

Get in a really well lit area and you can use some electrical tape to cover the flash on the camera if you don't know how to disable

if you take your pics from the mirror, and the flash spot is coming from the reflection, then you may want to set your camera on a dresser or something and turn on the self timer to eliminate that altogether. this is what I always do.

I take the pics without the flash and then I use a photo editor from picasa to brighten the pic...works like a charm

I turn off the flash and take the pics in a well lit room. Like others have said, if they come out dark, I just brighten them with Picture It or some other photo editing software.

Looks like its all been said! Make sure to turn off the flash, and stand in a very brightly lit area. Usually bathrooms tend to be well lit, as the light around the sink adds additional brightness. Good luck!

Thanks Ladies! I have tried removing the flash but I can't see anything in the pic. I will try using Photo Editor!

I have the same problem with my pix and I can't figure out how to work this camera. I'm going to have to start using the electrical tape. But not till hide your hair is over

cover up the flash...so that's what y'all do. I would have never guessed. My april update will be flash free.
