Girl, you chopped off all that hair...
very brave

It was easier than I thought. I cut it myself then had it shaped up a the barber. Don't think I'll let anyone with clippers near my head again. Makes the ends coarse.
Anyway, I'd always had a patch of hair in the back that was always breaking. It never filled out. Truthfully, I really needed to cut the damage off. That bad patch limited my styling options. Now my hair is healthy all over. I have no breakage and no shedding. Plus it's growing like a weed.
1. You TWA looks beautiful. You totally have the bone structure for short hair.
2. You know I'm feeling that color right?
Gorgeous - all around....

Uh, you know I'm bored with my color, right? I need some oomph! When it grows out a bit more I want to get highlights. Definitely want to do something for summer.

I LOVE it. I am so happy that more and more ladies are doing the BC.

So true. I was really inspired by Ms. Kenesha. I was holding onto my relaxed ends like a crack addict! But dealing with the two textures was becoming a pain. Every weekend I fought with going back to the relaxer. Especially after seeing Kenesha's blow out pics.
I have to tell you, I don't regret going natural at all! I thought I'd mourn the loss of my hair. But I've been happy. I so wanted healthy hair and I have it. The only weird thing is that I was so used to heat and chemicals. I had a ritual. And now I don't have one anymore. I'll have to come up with something. Because I miss spending quality time with my hair.
I cannot wait until my twa gets your length I can't twist it at this length, my only styling option right now is the TWA and comb coils (which I haven't tried yet).
I kind of want to dye my hair too, but I'm afraid to. I don't want my hair to get any drier, but I'm still really thinking about dying it red for the summer.
You're right we do look like hair twins, also I see in your fresh out the shower pic, hair that looks like it's just straight...I have that too, although I know we cut all the relaxed ends off between the scissors and the barber.
