To answer you thicknlong, I try to do a lot of less heat styling ( not NO heat b/c I still blowdry my hair atleast once if not twice a week, but I use the warm setting vs the hot) I use the caruso rollers for curls b/c there's no sitting under a dryer for me I occasionally will flat iron it for special occasions, I do braid outs, bun sets for waves, and of course my trusty bun when I'm keeping it up. I don't really stretch. Is 8-10 weeks between relaxers really stretching? I used to use Motions Mild relaxer but I've grown so fond of the ORS olive oil relaxer that I don't know if I'll go back to Motions.
