Hi Spanishteardrops,
I just bought the mask. I purchased it from hairboutique.com it was $22.00 no shipping and handling. LaLa told me she leaves it on her hair for 4 hours I am going to do that from now on. I left it while I was taking a shower it smells really good and left my hair soft. In my opinion it is definately a keeper. I hope this helps. Any more questions just let me know.

Yes you wash it out. I don't use heat with my conditioners, sometimes I will put a towel in the microwave. One thing that I will be trying within the next couple of days is put the conditioner on my hair at the gym after I work out and go into the steam room with the conditioner in my hair. I will let you know how it turns out. I also use to use phyto 9 and it did wonders for my hair and I don't know why I stopped. I am going to start back using it again. The phyto 9 is a daily leave in. I think I am going to use it every other day when I wash my hair. Everyday I will use it up to fast.

Thanks! I am so tempted to use the phyto line but they are exepnsive
Have you tried anything else besides the phyto 9 and mask?

Hey Spanishteardrops......I had ok results with the Nutrition Mask...it was not moisturizing enough for my hair. My dry hair loves creamy products..... My hair really likes the Vital Force Creme shampoo and conditioners...IMO, they are more moisturizing...The Vital Force Creme products are my backup to my Aubrey Organics Products....Phytodefrisant is also really good in combination with a leave in conditioner if you want your hair nice and straight after blow drying or a rollerset...
