Is this correct?
I would agree...its much much easier to end up with underprocessed hair with phyto than overprocessed. Not sure if its good or badkitkat3ny said:When I use Phyto, i'm lucky if I even get fully processed much less overprocessed. I think it's easier to underprocess w/ Phyto then overprocess. I do love how my hair looks after using this relaxer. It doesn't burn nor leave that relaxer smell on my hair.

Not sure if its good or badI love Phyto though, its made my hair much thicker and i am not afraid of overlapping (although i try to avoid doing it)..if it happens a little, i am not so worried.

I always try for 15 mins (since I have fine hair) but it usually ends up being 20 mins by the time I start to rinse. This is what I did with phyto. And I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) the directions said to leave the relaxer on for 20-25 mins for fine hair.
