What are you doing to your hair underneath? Do you put your naked bun into the pony cap? Will doing so cause damage or no? Do you cover your bun with anything?

i baggie, sometimes with product, sometimes without.

at the very least i will put a wig cap over the bun. never naked.

I twirl my hair around itself into a bun then put a panythose wig cap on it and wrap it around twice. Makes a little bun and is a nice foundation to put the phony pony on.

10 weeks into a stretch and that is how my hair has been all week!
