Hey Ayurveda followers,

How do you store paste after you boil it, in the fridge, or can it survive at room tempurature for a while?

I strain mine with a knee-high, and I just take the kneehigh, slap it in a plastic bag, and stick it in the freezer til I'm ready to use it again - the hot water thaws it almost instantly, and it's much neater.

Rosemary essential oil is a proven preservative. Personally, I use up all my paste at one time, making only as much as I need. HTH
