Permanent hair dye/ snap, crackle, and pop

If your hair is off black is it okay to use a permenent dye instead of a rinse.

What permenent dye would you recommend and would it cause damage.

Well, I know next to nothing about rinses. However, you could use a powder hair dye. Bigen or Sta sof fro, they are permanent and leave your hair shiny and thick. I've used them before. They come in a range of colours and they won't damage your hair because they contain no harmful chemicals. They are also very cheap.
