I e-mailed the company on 12/31/03, because I had a few questions. They did answer my questions for me, but they have sold out of the product. They expect a new shipped by 1/25/04.

the shake sounds good, but did u read the instructions. You gotta drink a shake with each meal. Plus you have to mix w/ banana n vanilla soy milk which most likely means Blender. Umm just a tad too much work for my lifestyle. I need a shake n go. I guess thats why I liked the ultra hair shake so much.

I tried the ultra hair shake, but it gave me to much bloating and gas. I did talk to customer service in Dec because I was going to order it, I was concern about the banana. They stated that it wasn't necessary to have the banana. I intend to start off with one shake per day for about a week and then add on if necessary. I have been waiting since Jan for the new shipment to arrived they have been out of stock since around Christmas. They stated they will e-mail me once the shipment arrive.

I tried to, I ordered in January, and by March they still didn't have the stuff in stock so I just asked for my money back.

I was just thinking of this stuff too, I couldn't remember the name for anything.

I called the number on the site and all I got was a busy signal so I guess they went out of business or something.
