Never used the shampoo, but the conditioner is AWESOME. Great slip. Really works well IMHO.

I know I am all off the Paul Mitchell line and I meant to post thisa few days ago. If you are looking for something for the tangles....Try the Aussie Knot be Gone. I love it! I need to make my post on it. Just been lazy.

I actually bought this today fromt he recommendation from your fotki. i guess I should try it first then see.

YES, it so funny. I was really looking on here for something for the tangles. My husband was like...You have something for that already. (I think he is tired of seeing all the new bottles come in the house but he dare not say anything! lol) I couldn't believe how well this stuff worked. I was pulling out to much hair before trying to deal with those blasted tangles.

I am going to try your believed Damage Remedy soon. (I just can't help myself. Esp if something is good!)

Girl DR is the truth! I think you really should try it.

The Aussie KNot, how do you use yours? Do you add your leave-in first or do you use it as a leave-in?

I used it after I Deep Conditioned. Then I washed it out.

**Getting my DR soon. I will let you know how I like. I am sure I will be hooked. lol I must ask, do you use the teaspoon (or so) amout most product suggest? I can never do this. Just curious about this on the DR.**

Did I read it correct you rinse it out after you apply it? Sort of like a second deep conditioner?

Well with the Aveda DR, I find that the treatment is so thick and concentrated that you don't need much. Too much will def. weigh the hair down.

I use as much as I need. You def. don't have to go overboard and slather half the tube in your hair. It doesn't need to be done like that. Are you getting all three or just two. a lot of people like the treatment but I actually like the conditioner and the poo the best.

Okay, I am not sure if I will get all 3 or not.

Aussie....Let me go get the bottle. The directions say....

Gently work conditioner through clean, wet hair and rinse with warm water. Come through hair while damp from root to tip, using a wide-tooth comb.

Now, of course I come through my hair from the tip (ends) to root. I took it to be just like a reg. conditioner. But since I needed a deep conditoner I did that first.

Ooooh okay, so I will do it like a second conditioner. I am so excited to use it I want to use it now.

You have to let me know how you like. I was really in awe of this stuff!! Those tangles were kicking my butt.
(An added bonus for me was it has not mineral oil.)

Oh...I just renamed this stuff. Sorry

It's called Knot Forgotten. Detangler.

Paul Mitchell The Detangler works quite well when it comes to slip. I remember one of the first times I used it, I used it to deep condition my hair. When I rinsed it, my hair was soooooooooo slippery, it almost became impossible to rollerset my hair because it just kept slipping, on the real. Anyhoo, I haven't used it in a while, but I do like it.

As far as the shampoo, I don't think that PM has a The Detangler Shampoo, but he does have recommended shampoos to go along with The Detangler conditioner. I've used Shampoo One. Shampoo one made my hair feel a bit stripped, but I wasn't complaining since it did what a shampoo was supposed to do.

So, I am thinking this is EXACTLY what I need. I might have to check it out. Matter of Fact I AM going to check it out. Thanks TSU.
