You mean the daily conditioner, or the treatment? Either one is good. I like the Super-charged better, though.

Daily conditioner I'd leave on for a few min in the shower. The treatment I'd leave on like a DC (w/heat). I love Paul Mitchell

I found it on sale months ago and use it to co wash.
I was surprised how it made my hair soft and moisturized.

My stylist uses this on me along with other Paul Mitchell products. The Awapha (spellg) shampoo makes my hair feel super moisturized and alot of slip.

Paul Mitchell products are really good, the hair repair treatment and daily moisture shampoo are superb,, i may try the one u mentioned....

I use the daily treatment to co-wash, and also as a leave-in when I airdry my hair...more moisturizing than regular leave-in conditioners.
