I like it. My sister left a bottle at my house and I use once in a while. It's not drying. I would rate it about Herbal Essences- which is the only other shampoo I've used regularly (I can't throw anything away so I use HE, even though I don't like it).
I actually love this shampoo and have several bottles. It is one of the very few shampoos that my hair will tolerate. It makes tons of lather, yet it does not leave my hair feeling stripped, or matted or dry. I also love the conditioner, too. These are two inexpensive products that go hand in hand that work great on my hair.
Despite my massive number of products and my "condition" as I call it, where I have ADD when it comes to products and I've got to try them all, these are two products that I know I can run to the drugstore, almost anywhere, and I will have great hair. I also use the conditioner as my leave-in and styler, it also smells good. Great Stuff!
I usually get my hair done at a Paul Mitchell salon however when I need to wash myself I run the store and grab this. It lathers nicely and the conditioner is thick and leaves my hair soft.
My sister loves this line of products, so I tried it last summer for a month and my hair was dry, stiff, frizzy, and just a hot mess. I tossed it in the trash and I get traumatized whenever I see these products anywhere. lol
