back in the day before pantene changed it's formula and scent I was on their damaged hair regimen. I would shampoo once with the damaged hair shampoo, then shampoo again with the damaged hair shampoo + conditioner combo and then moisturize with the damaged hair conditioner. My hair breakage stopped after about 3 weeks to a month. it was incredible. Nowadays though, their formula is too stripping for me. It's just not the way it used to be and I hate the smell. I loved it, but I've moved on to better.
