Hey There !

I am so impressed (I was just looking in the photo gallery) at how healthy you keep your hair even with it being color treated. Your pictures are just gorgeous and that color is "the bomb" on you.

A few months ago, you told someone about the Aveda Color Conditioners and I'd like to know how they compare to Colourshines. Do they leave a nice shine? I'm wanting to get the black one or dark brown. Thanks in advance.

To echo what Supergirl just said, Tracy your hair is just fabulous! It is growing so beautifully! Thanks for the heads-up about colorshines because it is a great alternative to permanent color

I said it in the gallery and I'll say it here too. Girl you are the poster-child for colorshines! If Sebastians ever needed a spokesperson for their line, you would certainly be it! And you are definately one of my inspirations!

SG - the Aveda Color Conditioners will help your color (whether permie or a rinse) LAST longer - but they don't have that shine you get with a rinse. They are nice tho and will give your hair a nice tint. Watch the protein in them tho - I need to follow with a mois. cond. - you may or may not need to.

Seamist - thank you too honey! Your comments (and everyones!) in the gallery are so nice to read and really keep me gong when I'm having "moments" with my hair. My hair is growing well - not quickly

- but well enough, and my vits and the summer and my new workout regime are really helping. Sebastian DOES need to reak me off a piece - FA REAL!

And whaddyou girls have a radar!? I was JUST thinking I might go a deep burgundy red and then balck for the fall. Everytime I consider it I get a PM or a page that says something about how much people like the color....and then of course, vanity prevails... LOL!
