Peachtree's pics prove she's got this down. Give us the step by step, how to do and get a good twist/braidout style becasue some of us, well me have to learn how to do this. :look:

I normally do a twistout at the end of the week when I leave my twists in for the week. In the morning of my twistout, I co-wash (I use Elucence) with the twists still in tact.
Then in the evening my hair has dried and I unravel the twists from the ends up (I try not to touch the ends too much though) and dependiing on how big I want my hair I seprarate the twists a little (more defined twistout) or a lot(less defined-big hair). I like doing a co-wash in th a.m. because it adds moisture and helps w/definition. I then might add a little lotion (it depends) to random pieces of hair and go. HTH!
