How do you use it? I deep condition my hair every 3 days with a protein treatment, do you think it is okay if I deep condition and use it as a follow-up rinse out conditioner?? Or should I use it alone to get the full benefits??

I used it for the first time yesterday following the aphogee and pm supercharged per the "damaged hair treatment" instructions. So far so good. My hair is jacked so I'm trying to follow the plan. I plan to hot oil and condition wash this weekend, use the porosity control with emergencee on Wednesday, and then relax Sunday or Monday.

Oh and I don't think you need to use it very often if your hair isn't badly damaged. Once I get my hair as healthy as it used to be (zero breakage) I plan to use it only at the 4, 10, and 16 week mark (relaxing every 17 weeks)

I use it as a follow up rinse out conditioner. However I leave it on 5-10 minutes not the 30 sec recommended on the bottle. I use it about once a month now.

Like the previous poster, I use it as a follow up conditioner and I leave it in longer than recommended.

Does Porosity Control stop/prevent breakage? Is it okay to use the shampoo only? Or is it better to use the conditioner only?

It doesn't contain protein, so I really don't think that it stops breakage. It really does improve the porosity of your hair though. My hair doesn't frizz up as badly in humidity... it takes a shorter amount of time to dry. I really like it.

I've only used the conditioner and it does the trick.

Thanks! The thing is... my hair dries fast already, but my hair can get frizzy in this cold weather. and when I feel my hair, some areas feel porous. Is there such thing as hair feeling porous or is it just frizz?
I think I'm just gonna do some research on hair porosity. :weird:
