hi ladies i just wanted to know what you guys thought about detangling with paddle brushes on dry hair ( of course after a dc ) for a more straighter braidout

I am a bkted natural and the only thing I can think of is snap crackle POP because that is what my hair would be doing

That does not sound like a good idea. I love paddle brushes on already straight hair. A braid out? No maam

what a dissapointment i was so excited to use it lol but if its gonna hurt the hair then it has to go

If your hair is straight already ie. roller wrap, flat iron etc. then there should be no problem. Bristles on a paddle brush are exponentially larger than bristles on a boar brush so they arent as rough on hair.

i detangle with a denman paddle (not the classic denman), sometimes on dry hair, but i always spritz it or add some condish or oil before...

yes i was plannin on dc first and not really to detangle just for more volume in my hair

if you just want more volume seperate the unbraided sections more you'll get some volume alright.
