What conditioner did you use? I've done this before and my hair seemed the same to me.

Last night I mixed Silk Elements Mega Cholesterol, a little bit of SE anti-breakage cream, and Suave Milk & Honey condish. 3 great products, but a technique that my hair just doesn't care for. :ohwell:

When I over-conditioned my hair is was really mushy-like when wet.

ITA. My daughter's hair was over-conditioned and it felt mushy when wet. When it was dry, it felt too soft and the strands would break with any manipulation. I had to be extra gentle when handling her hair. After I gave her two weekly protein treatments with Motions CPR, her hair feels 100% stronger.
