Out of hospital. What do I do for my hair now?

Ok, I just spent the last 20 days in the hospital. Of course that means lots of antibiotics which I hear is bad for your hair. I have not washed my hair in all this time. I have simply been too sick and weak. My hair has been in a bun with a silk cap over it all this time. Well,I'm home now and I need to know what do I need to do for my hair ASAP????

I'm glad to hear you're okay and back at home again. For your hair I would do a protein conditioner with heat folloewd by a moisturizing conditioner with also. Keep your hair well moisturized with some scurl or other moisturizer, seal with EVOO or some other oil, and rinse often. Simply keep the hair in a bun while it's recovering. Right now the key is moisture moisture moisture.
