ORS pack after Aphogee Hardcore Treatment?

Can I use an ORS pack after an Aphogee treatment? Or does it contain too much protein? Its readily available under my sink. Otherwise I will have to venture out and purchase something else.

NO WAY. Dont do it. Too much protein. Use one or the other. I hate ORS PAk. But some love it. You can do the aphogee hard core protein, if your hair is severly damaged. Then f/u with a moisturizing conditioner. If you dont have any more moisturizing conditioner and cant make it to the beauty supply. Use just the Ors Pak. Hope you get more suggestions.

Too much protien. In general, if you use the Aphogee 2 step, you need to use a *super* moisturizing conditioner afterwards.

You'd be safest to go with a MOISTURE MOISTURE MOISTURE condish with zero protein

I've used ORS after a hard protein treatment. It's my staple moisturizing deep conditioner.
