Hello!

I used the keratin treatment last wednesday. But because i have highlighted hair i saw immediatly that it turned my hair brassy!
I washed it out immediatly.. The next day i went to my hairdresser and she did a toner.. Did nothing!
Does anyone have the same problem? And how can i solve the problem? I tried a shampoo that contains sodium chloride..
What happens when the treatment washes out?? Will the color come back?
How is it possible that it changes the color?

There are a lot of reviews on Ulta.com that complain of this happening, I don't think it can be fix.. but you can check out those reviews and see what they say if you want...maybe you can get a better understanding there. I used it, but my hair isn't bleached..it did wash out eventually.

I looked on ulta.. Can't find solutions only that it turned their hair orange/brassy..
But thanks for the respond

Have you tried a YouTube search? I've seen many people on there use dishsoap & baking soda to get rid of brassy hair.

I know you can't really dye over a keratin treatment so that's why the toner didn't work. You probably have to wait a few weeks then try toning again.

I know out of experience that dish soap is a big nono. 5 years ago i used it to strip a colorshine. My hair was breaking off big time!
Would baking soda cause harm?
